Went down to Minneapolis to run in the Dome! Met Steve and Sarah (Pharmie) down there for some indoor running...along with over a hundred other folks (and kids alike). It was warm, the ground is hard...and its alot of fun. Just put in about 3 miles at a moderate pace (maybe 7:45 to 8 at first) then ramped up to a sub 7 pace for the end..last 1/2 mile or so.
It was fun, and only $1 dollar to run with free parking behind the dome. how cool is that. Every Tuesday adn Thursday form 5-8pm. Check out the website for holiday scheduling and hope to see you there next time!
