Friday night delight...

kids playing, having fun

nice weather to hang out together.

late night down in the town to drop

Hunter off for the weekend,

but good to see her happy

and the other two as well.

I love hanging with the chit-lins late

in the eve,

they get so funny when we ride in

the car together like that.

it's hard to explain.



Saturday....

kyle and his first karate tournament.

he wrote it on the calendar as "Tourment"

and we had a good laugh about it,

so that's what we call it now.

People like to set us straight,

but its our inside joke...haha!

Anyway...so he had his first "tourment"

and took second place outta four kids.

Not bad for a first timer,

he did very well and just needs to work on

being as loud as he can with his strikes.

he really likes it and had a grin from ear to ear

going all day (despite his nervousness).

i had a blast! i hope you did too, buddy...

many more to come I hope.

Saturday night....slow down Sally!

Good, good , and great...

then better than great!

it just keeps getting better, cooler,

stronger, longer....

longing, striving and deciding.

Sunday....

Malias party...

14 kids and some adults,

to my surprise!

But taking it all in stride,

no compromise...

it's been our demise.

No turning back now,

i can't imagine life with you...

bruised, beaten, battered!

your attitude, your pride...

it just doesn't matter

to me anymore.


Great church service Sunday morning.

Reminded me that I'm human,

Don't try so hard to be God

but to be like God!
