It's Hump Day (cliche, I know)

here we are...Veterans Day, Wednesday, Hump Day...whatever you prefer, it's another day.

As I ponder what this year has been, what it has the potential to be, I look back at what could have instantly been a train wreck and am dismounted in the idea that every day I smile, I laugh, I love, and I care and am cared for.

Although at times I feel seperated with the lack of running, cycling, swimming and training...the distance of friends and family alike, and the idea that some things, even the strongest things can still crumble in the midst of chaos or in the most subtle of times...there is peace in understanding, and wisdom in knowing, greatness in loving.

Chew on that for a while...see what ya get!? I'm just thinking it onto this page anyway...maybe for me, but maybe for you too.

So in the wise words of a wise man..."Be better, not bitter!" Give thanks. Through the month and through the year.

Bish...out!
