Seen and heard

I always wanted to be a Shepherd!

Why wouldn't you really?

Tend to some sheep,

out in the pasture!

Not so much lately, though.

Mother nature has cracked her whip

and the weather is downright dreary.

Always promise, though...spring has sprung.

So we spring into action,

and prepare ourselves for whatever comes our way.

Weather wise, you never really know...

March holds Snow, wind, rain, and cold...

April always tempts with sun, coolness

and soft floral lullaby's.

yet, she always has something up her sleeve.

May, my favorite month, brings new life...

this time I throw out the old (the baggage),

and bring the good into the new.

May holds my heart, usually 3 strong days,

this year 2...but they will be stronger.

Work weeks come and go,
nothing real abrupt, but consistent changes.
tides continue to turn, as they do...
normality is no longer normal.
I get by.
new perspectives on LOVE....
didn't care for the old,
gotta LOVE the new.
Weekends squeak by, mostly unnoticed,
but never entirely...
I will long for them again, soon.

Thoughts of racing, wandering, racing.
need some new motivation,
its there, beyond the noise,
just need to dial it in...
in time, in due time.

Heart of a lion, stings like a bee.
Feeling some pain, is still feeling for me!
